✨ How is the First Visit like at Vitality Barcelona?
The first visit consists of two fundamental stages, designed to fully understand your case and offer you the best chiropractic care.
📍 Day 1: Initial assessment (45 – 60 min)
At your first appointment, we will dedicate the necessary time to: Review your medical history and goals. Conduct a series of chiropractic and neurological tests to evaluate how your body is functioning. Identify the root cause of your problem, not just the symptoms. If necessary, we will provide you with an order for X-rays that same day. This will allow us to obtain more precise information about your spine and nervous system.
📍 Day 2: Results Report (30 – 45 min)
At your second appointment, you’ll receive a detailed report summarizing everything we found on the first day. Together, we’ll review your X-rays (if you’ve had them) and explain: the current state of your spine and nervous system; how these findings may be related to your discomfort; and the best personalized recommendations for restoring your health and maintaining it long-term.
